CLP and HKE raise Electricity Tariffs Again

Only half way through the year (2018) and RTHK1 reported that Hong Kong utilities will raise their respective electricity tariffs again. China Light and Power (CLP) will increase by 2% from October 2018, and Hong Kong Electric (HKE) by an extra 6.8% starting next year (2019).
