About Kelcroft
Kelcroft provides clients with professional Building Services engineering advice, covering a wide range of sectors and expertise.
We are project managers, and engineering designers that using our international skills to provide E&M consultancy services for the built environment, across Asia.
Do you represent any manufacturers?
We are completely independent, with no association with any manufacturer or contracting firm. We accept commissions, from clients, to provide professional advice and technical solutions.
Do you have offices around the world?
All projects in Asia including China projects are administered through our head office located in Hong Kong.
International projects are handled through our Beijing office or our local partners. Often our staff will relocate to provide project management and engineering support. For example, we completed commissions in Germany (2002), and India (2001).
Are you hiring staff right now?
Like most companies our needs vary. However, we always welcome applications from engineers who are driven to provide excellent customer service.
Do you build what you design?
We are professional project managers, consultants and advisers, commissioned on behalf of building owners, tenants or developers to design and supervise construction.
Our copyrighted design work is complied into tender documentation, for qualified contactors to construct.
Can you recommend a good contractor?
For our projects, we compile a tender list, identifying suitable contractors for client approval. Once approved we obtain competitive tenders for engineering services on behalf of the client. We do not provide contractor references.
How long has Kelcroft been in business?
Kelcroft has been providing solutions and helping clients save money since 1998. Kelcroft is a limited company registered in Hong Kong.
