Energy Auditing
The above photograph was taken in August 2010 during an energy audit of a building in Hong Kong.
It's not a clear photograph because it was taken through a vision panel. The room was empty, no occupants, and the door was firmly locked, and no access to switch off the lighting fittings burning fuel.
