Licensing Rules
Regulations that govern restaurants in Hong Kong include Liquor license, general restaurant license, some premises maybe eligible to apply for a different type of license called a light refreshment license.
As the proprietors you need to
comply with the current rules and regulations to obtain a
license to operate a restaurant and are subject to annual inspection.
