Kelcroft provides infrared thermography using Fluke infrared imaging for electrical,
moisture, heat and even air direction
Kelcroft finds building faults and defects using the latest thermography
an invaluable tool to revealed critical information that's not visible to the
human eye. Thermography avoiding costly downtime or service interuption.
With a Fluke infrared imager with high resolution chip
provides 0.01 degC high resolution and accurancy.
This rapid scanning tool can be used to diagnose a range of building
defects, moisture and mould problems, energy leakage, including:

Kelcroft provides infrared thermography using Fluke infrared imaging for electrical,
moisture, heat and even air direction
Thermography is the tool to investigate building structures, energy systems,
air conditioning, electrical systems, motors, switchgear, busbars,
and conduct predictive maintenance inspections.
The temperature of an object, or part of an object reveals information,
for example electrical connections in good condition have the same
temperature. However, poor connection causes localised heating, our
infrared camera is used to search for those hot spots, so the connection can be
repaired before the power failure, or before the electrical fire starts.

Infrared for Electrical Commissioning
Infra-red thermography a switchboard, electrcial motors, etc. after
commissioning can instantly detect loose connections, so
the connection can be repaired immediately, saving time and
money.
The result is instant, no processing, no delay, the image its
captured live, and it can be saved on memory stick to
incorporate into a written report.

Infrared thermography objects emit radiation providing a false colour image to make it visible for humans
Infrared for Electrical Installations
Thermal scanning an electrical system is a non-contact method to check
the integrity of live electrical cables, busbars, busduct and connections
without interupting the power supply to check each connection
manually saving time.
Poor connections at cable joints, switches, busbars, bustducts, etc.
cause heat and increasing temperature which cannot be seen with the
human eye, but can be viewed only with our infrared thermal images.
The result is instant, no processing, no delay, the image its
captured live, and it can be saved on memory stick to incorporate
into a written report.

Infrared Thermography for Buildings
Thermal scanning detects the temperature differences of the building
components detecting faults which cannot be seen with the human eye, but
can be viewed only with our infrared thermal image scanner.
Concealed defects such as delamination of tiling, screed, plaster,
or roof membrane can idendified using our infra-red camera.
Infrared for Roofing
It is an invaluable tool, ArchSD specify the infrared method for
new roof membrane leakage testing.

Water seepage a common problem in buildings, thermal scanning
can "view" the source of problems, to help track and identify the
source of water leakage, moisture and damp problems.

Infrared Scan for Water Piping
Scanning the wall or floor using infrared can detect the
location of concealed piping before drilling work
starts.
The result is instant, no processing, no delay, the
image is live, and can be saved on memory stick to
and images incorporated into a written report.
In the image below, the location of the hidden hot
water pipe, inside buried in the concrete wall was
identified before breaking concrete commenced.
